Fixed a bug where the pause screen on the overworld could sometimes display the wrong number in the silicon crystal counter. Fixed a bug where, when talking to a shopkeeper, the mouse pointer would appear. Added an option to toggle fullscreen mode, which was previously only available by pressing F11 on Windows or using the window controls on Mac.
