Hello! This is a minor bugfix release. * Fix hang when AI stations spawn ships and already have a large fleet * Fix threading crash when changing game states * Make sure current ship is uploaded through wormhole and don't upload duplicate designs * Don't show fleet unlock tutorial when all fleets have been unlocked
