Block Chance now functions as Armor, decreasing damage by an amount. The calculation handles negative numbers by naturally increasing damage when armor is negative, using diminishing returns. As armor increases (positive or negative), its effect on damage reduces, preventing extreme outcomes and ensuring that damage dealt never falls below zero.
