Hotfix: June 17 — The Bazaar Steam update #681127

GeneralPatch CadenceIn earlier Seasons, we had done a mid-season patch. In more recent Seasons, we tried an approach where we hotfixed things based on various factors. This has some advantages but one big disadvantage is that it is unpredictable, especially for our players.
