New unique item "Eternal Bind" added to the game. Improved Nexus screen to make it easier to understand. Now you will be able to see the cost visually. Monolith monster drops changed. Now they either drop double tainted rare item or a blueprint. Fixed an issue with Level requirement on items. 60 cap was not working correctly. Lowered the level cost for items. Should be easier to wear the items now.
