New support gem for support skills. Some changes and more colors on skill tree to make it easier to see connections and nodes. Added dodge cap on character stats. Fixed an issue with lightning bolt sometimes missing the target if you were too close to the target. Fixed an issue with Nightweaver weaken stacks and rupture not working properly. Fixed an issue with Heal cooldown wasn't working on skill tree node.
