Winter Update hotfix — Primal Carnage: Extinction Steam update #681605

A new patch for Primal Carnage: Extinction has been released. This hotfix should resolve some performance problems with new cosmetic items such as dino santa hats, mitigating server log spam that was causing severe slowdown. And, uh.. spiked Tyrannosaurs won't wear antlers wrapped around their feet anymore. We've also fixed the Oviraptor to properly mark mines for teammates.
