If part of it is corrupted, the game will repair it where possible so you can continue playing.Depending on which part is corrupted, the game may resume from card selection on that day, or some of Hom's skills or equipment may change. If the data cannot be repaired, the game will start over from the beginning, but records such as unlocked scenarios will be kept.
