1.13.5023: The Mechanic Patch — Times and Galaxy Steam update #694020

Thank you for playing Times & Galaxy. Since release we have been gathering bug reports from players who have encountered issues we didn't catch prior to release. This first post-launch patch is focused on making sure the game is running smoothly without any major speed bumps. We've addressed some significant issues found including fixes to the Scanner Map, logic gating a couple conversations and achievements. The patch also fixes any reported issues that have softlocked players’ games or, in a couple super nasty cases, eaten saves. We continue to work on bug fixes and text/art polish.
