Updates galore! — Kaet Must Die! Steam update #697949

The demo has been updated with new spoopy things! Story elements are now in level one (the demo) so players may better understand what is going on, and what needs to be done as the level objective. Menu updates, key remapping, instructions buttons, oh my! 3 difficulty levels: Noob - Fewer Larry's, sanity loss slower by 1/2 normal, and slower Spex. Gud - Baseline number of Larry's, sanity loss, and Spex movement speed. Nightmare - 2x the number of Larry's, sanity loss drains twice as fast, and Spex move twice as fast. Minor updates to optimization for framerate performance.
