Patch 0 9 99 : More localization fixes before full release on March 3rd — Forestygian Steam update #69803

Hopefully, next version is 1.0.0, without any changes. Improvements Had a localization quality pass for: Arabic, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. Meaning, now all languages had a quality pass. Added a very short delay before displaying every card as it's drawn to hand. So now they make a nice wave-like animation. Also, there's a sound for that. Encyclopedia screen now uses a book image for background. Bugfixes Fixed descriptions for Lizards and Trolls (it said "after attack", while actually they regenerate when not ready as well, which is intended). Fixed description for Grape card cycle (it said "Vitality" instead of "Health").
