Added transfer all cargo button. Added flashing lights warning and news pane to character selection screen. Added module slot to Skiff spaceship, existing skiff's will have to be re-deployed to notice this change. Added some tier 0 modules to help with early game setups, found in capital stations. Armor and shield soak increased significantly for higher tiers. Blob modules now give Armor Soak stat. Buffed police ships significantly. Changed new character ship load-out, mining laser installed by default, damaged device installed by default, pre-installed module. Changes to engine to fix issues with logic and render threads now being asynchronous. Changes to resource loading, sounds and textures should load a bit faster. Changed item transfer sound effect.
