I appreciate the feedback from VahidSlayerOfAll that helped me find a gamebreaking bug. This issue is now fixed and items should be properly loaded when you "continue game". If you have being fallen victim of this bug, the items you previously had should load normally (as they were still saved, just not being loaded) unless you started a new game!
