Fixed a bug with the ice cream pickups that "stored" a bonus replenishment scoop. When stored, the ice cream would replenish a lost scoop as soon as the next ice cream was picked up. This was not the intended behavior. Minor changes to the score UI and level data on the level select page to show the run time as the value in seconds.
