Hotfix - v0.27.2 — Scrapping Simulator Steam update #705698

Hotfix v0.27.2 Is Live! Changes: Halved the Main Menu Furnace Ingot Remove Timer so less Ingots are on the scene at a time meaning better performance. Instead of Vehicles in the Main menu spawning at a range of every 1-3 Seconds they now spawn every 3-10 seconds, increasing main menu performance. Made the Visual Aesthetic Ship texture a little brighter so it doesn't look so dull because of the shadows. Added a Toggle to Disable Ingot Flow and Cars on the Main Menu greatly improving optimization if you so choose. Fixes: Fixed Gas Refill at the Hardware store not Refreshing the Gas Bottle Values and added a Notification. Fixed Ingots from sometimes falling through the ground by making the collider a little bigger. Fixed the 'What's new with Scrapping Simulator?' Panel it now shows when the version doesn't match, no longer when a game save is not found.
