Patch for September 19th 2021 — Plague Breaker Steam update #707221

Hey everyone, this is the first big bug patch for Plague Breaker since release! I want to thank everyone who took the time to report bugs, either in game or through the discord. With your help we'll make Plague Breaker bug free and totally awesome! This patch focuses on fixing some major bugs reported by players and some small balancing changes.
