Further streamlined loading of custom avatar/creature data. They should now load much more quickly. Also fixed a bug where avatar nameplates were sometimes getting 'stuck' inside avatars. A larger bug where custom creatures body parts were not moving with the main body during multiplay has been fixed as well. Hope everyone had happy holidays!
