[Bug Fix] Fix ESC key function and small bugs — Last Hopeless Steam update #709828

- fix ESC can not be functinal to call up pause menu - fix GroIronSkull grow rate is wrong and stacked bug - reconfig track range for all melee weapon alter melee weapon trace logic - GroIronSkull can extend track range also, so grow weapon could attack by AI in long range - fix repel hit height will not affected by Resist property
