However, recovery of the save files is not guarantee, this part of the issue will be fixed through a patch coming soon. Until this is completely solved, we have a temporarily solution for you. Take a save file from July 2019, before the transfers opening. Copy the .cdb file (according to the displayed date) from "My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2019/Weekly saves". Paste the file in "My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2019/Cloud/ ". Note: You can rename the file if you want. Launch the game Load a save and find the added file.
