Update Content:(May 24, 10:15) 1.Optimized the Emperor system. Added two functions, "Appoint the enemy" and "Forcing a truce". 2.Optimized the damage of Refugees. Refugees'immigration into city would trigger the "Help Refugees" event. 3.Optimized Reinforcement reminder. Whether called reinforcements expedite or not, there would be a report feedback. 4.Optimized special officers' portraits. 5.Optimized numerical formula. 1) The comsumption of food when deploying had recovered; 2) Increased the critical strike damage of manual battle; 3) Decreased the battle damage of city's develop attributes after capturing another city; 4) Adjusted the formula of tribute to the Emperor. Increased the tribute points. 6. Adjusted the legion's governor appointment request. Lower its rank to Rank 4. 7.Fixed other known bugs and interface problems.
