Three victories lead to "Small Victory", four victories "Medium Victory" and five victories "Emphatic Victory". 3）Occasion: Debates may happen when Employ, Cajole, Banquet, Diplomacy and so on. 2. The building Tavern has new functions now. 1）Entrance: the nameplate of Tavern in Capital interface. 2）Two main functions: “Holding a banquet” and “Interact with free officers who are in your city”. 3）Banquet: Spend some gold and wine and invite 3 to 10 officers to drink. Banquet can improve their Loyalty and Intimacy with the ruler. 4）Interact with free officers: Three functions “Treat”, “Talk” and “Gift” are available.
