Beta Test update 1.460 — Terraforming Mars Steam update #722611

Dear Terraformers, The beta branch has been updated with the build 1.460, fixing a large number of known issues and providing a new beta environment which should improve the stability of your online games. We strongly recommend updating to this version to make sure you can play with the other beta testers. Bugfixes Awards for second place were not always given to the right player in matches with 3 or more participants. Titanium and Heat couldn't always be fully reduced when the necessary Megacredits is unavailable to play a card. An exploit allowed the use of the same action twice in a generation by one player. The flow of the game could break when confirming an action after passing turn with the Enter hotkey.
