Each team stat in the game preview will now be highlighted for the higher ranked team. Fixed GMs and Coaches not aging. Fixed a rare case where AI teams wouldn't sign new coaches in the offseason. Using the escape key to go back now works for player, gm, and coach cards. Cleaned up more background code.
