Second update — illumine Steam update #72728

A new update was pushed today. It includes various fixes and changes such as: the neverending character spawning problem spawned again. I'm pretty sure I've put an end to it this time. I've done several minor changes to the balance of the game. I am quite satisfied with the result. What do you think? As always thanks to the players for their feedback. It's that feedback that helps me improve the game!
