Changes: * Flaming Weapon and Frostfire enchants deal more damage. Issues Fixed: * Incapacitating effects and most AOE abilities now trigger combat immediately when used against other players. * Toughen Up can only target yourself like intended. * Fixed bug that prevent Frostfire enchant from triggering outside melee range. * Fixed issue with custom servers and offline mode. * Fixed some quest issues. * Fixed other minor bugs.
