Less collision but maybe a bit more stopping - Update Notes 12th Nov. — ATC Ground Point Steam update #735195

This update has an updated collision concept, now aircraft stop for other aircraft no matter the direction (not only if there is a queue as it was before). There is still some work to do as an aircraft might stop when it is about to pass near another aircraft. In that case just instruct it to continue taxing. There is now an interactive tutorial instead of a guide. It is now possible to undo the last part of a path by right clicking, to completely cancel a path right click once more. Those are the main points. There is also some smaller fixes such as waypoints at some airports.
