Localization and secrets. — No Time Steam update #735415

Hey guys. While work is being done on act 2 I wanted to you give some small content updates from time to time. I will make an update this week with little secrets in-game called time fragments. Your notepad will keep track of how many you found in each time period. Furthermore I wanted to let you know I have started work on some translation options for the game. It is pretty basic rn only taking into account item names, menus and such.
