Minor Update — Blocks!: Richard III Steam update #737676

Following the recent release of the third game in the Blocks! collection, Hammer of the Scots, we have updated Richard III with the improvements brought in the last product. Those mostly concern improvements of the multiplayer engine. Also, we have added improvements to the retreat procedures. Work is going on, thanks to the current ongoing early access campaign, on the other engine features that are still in demand, and that will be ported back into this game when completed.
