On first launch, any player on 1.3.4 will automatically re-upload their best run sidecar to Steam. The flag (sidecar_repair.json) prevents it repeating. Players who never update stay broken, but daily leaderboard entries self-heal the next time they submit a daily run on 1.3.2+.
