Hotfix to version 0.6996 — Dragon Is Dead Steam update #763389

This update fixes some urgent issues that have occurred recently, details are below: - Fixed a bug where physical/magical damage is not applied in real-time while in the inventory window. - Fixed a bug where the stats of legendary gear would not be released when unequipping it. - Fixed a bug where the maximum option value was not granted for Legendary Gear. - Fixed a bug where Soul Gems would not appear in the Quest tab. - Disable the glow effect of unset vendor's artifacts. - Fixed an issue with stats not loading correctly when progressing stages or reconnection. - Fixed stacked buffs not being applied at the beginning of a stage.
