Update 1.1.2 will be available for troopers to download now! There have been reports from the field from troopers that there's an increased activity of bugs with hardened shells, rendering previously Federation-approved methods of clearing dead bugs ineffective. The Federation recommends sticking with your fellow troopers as we assess this new information.
