Added new sprites for elevated center-tile road intersections.Improved dynamic audio sound effect balancing based on zoom level. Fixed an issue where, with the Improved Fountains perk active, cities built on tiles that received freshwater solely from fountains would not provide freshwater to surrounding tiles.
