General Changes: Merchants will now appear slightly later in each Act, and appear further apart from one another. Elites will now appear slightly later in each Act, and cannot appear in the same column. The Emperor (blessing) - All heroes increase their Defense by 20% at all times > 15%. To add some context to this nerf: this blessing was created before items like Watcher's Hatchet and Slither Fang Kunai were added, and at this time gives a bit too much value. Item Changes: Deathbringer (ancient) - 5%/10%/15% chance to activate > 7%/14%/21%. Hero Changes: The Ranger shares 60%/120%/180% of their Defense with their companion > 50%/100%/150%. Enemy Changes: Cave Crawler's active ability cost - 50 > 54. ~ Dale
