Changes: - Added 4 new tenants. - Added tooltips that specify the details of tenants' stats. - Added the perk section to tenants' cards that specifies their abilities. - Workbench cells in the cellar tab now turn dark if one doesn't have enough resources listed in them. - Tweaked player's interactions during the tutorial section of the game. - Fixed some typos and bugs.
