It has a scaling critical hit chance and a 150% STR attack influence. Fixed a bug where you had to wait for the wand's magic projectile to fly off the entire mission map before shooting another one (instead of just off the visible screen.) This makes for a huge improvement. Thanks Kaluroth for pointing this out! Fixed a bug where if you tried an unarmed punch attack while pressing UP you couldn't attack.
