Massive Anomaly System Rework — Simulation 9 Steam update #776582

All anomalies are now available at any time instead of being separated into difficulty tiers. Anomalies will no longer repeat until they have all been triggered. More anomalies have been reworked. Starting a new game now resets the anomaly tracker. You can play in Classic or Hunt mode to keep your current tracker.
