Readability Improvements & Minor Balance Changes — Erannorth Reborn Steam update #786148

Hi folks, In addition to several new events (still far from done), this build also includes some UI & text changes to improve both the readability and understanding of what the cards do, who is affected by each card rule etc. And some minor 'balance changes' aka shifting things a bit in player's favor, by slightly buffing some of the starting cards. You can of course modify them like they were before or change the difficulty settings as you please if you feel this makes things way too easy. Because it does. If you still find Casual & Normal difficult I want to also remind you that you are more than your class: 1/3 of your card pool are racial cards, do take advantage of what they can provide and of course feel free to create easier game modes in the Custom Mode Editor.
