Chapter Five Patch & Notes — Errant Kingdom Steam update #788019

Hi everyone! Thank you so much to those who emailed with issues. We will be unable to reply to all of those that we received unless we think you have an issue that we haven't addressed with this patch, but we have implemented fixes for all reported sprite, background, and menu/text errors with the said patch. We've made the decision to disable the animated backgrounds with this patch until further notice as a few players were experiencing full game crashes or freezes and these backgrounds are the thing in-game that may very well be causing some of these issues with players with older machines. This also significantly reduces the size of the download for the time being. We wanted to just be cautious and do this while we investigate this issue further.
