New Update to fix missing executable and other not launch issue. (Reoccurred) — CAFE 0 ~The Drowned Mermaid~ Steam update #794442

I just added a new update to fix the missing executable/ missing file/ not launch and other issue which is occurred within the newest version of Cafe 0 in some PCs. The only things different is only the exe file. I already scan the exe with avast before uploading this time and it says the file is not a threat. Hope this fix. (It's still a mystery why avast said the old exe was a threat. The difference between those two exes only that the new one is generated with PC connected using VPN.)
