1.0.1 Patch Notes — The Meter is Running Steam update #796816

This first small patch is mainly focused on performance and quality-of-life improvements. Enabled Steam overlay support. Added a control scheme to the main menu. Various optimization fixes; this should mostly affect performance with 5+ drivers. Small balance tweaks: events generally yield less money and reputation, ratings above 3.0 are harder to gain, and upgrade costs have increased. Added a reset button next to the Settings title; this should fix small screens getting stuck on larger resolutions.
