Hot Fix for bugs in League Editor — Pro Strategy Football 2022 Steam update #812783

I want to work on some bugs this weekend - College overtime, AI in closing seconds, and possibly situations where the wrong man gets credit, if time allows. However, I just found out that I need to be out a bit today and tomorrow (and possibly Sunday), so I want to push this quick Hot Fix to fix a problem I didn't see in the editor when in career or season play. Basically, you shouldn't be able to do everything in the Career league editor that you can when creating or editing a base league. For example, the game doesn't support changing the league structure in career play, but I somehow left that button visible, so I'm hiding that now. I also threw in a few ten-minute changes: - you now have separate "crowd sounds" options in settings for animation and other screens - added Sim Qtr to Casual defense Enjoy!
