If the player has a lord of a different culture than the ruler, one of the books is guaranteed to belong to that lord’s cultureWhen loading a game, if roads had already been built in a city, the player’s ruler will receive the corresponding knowledge required to build those roadsAdded the option to disable soft tutorials during gameplayFixed tutorial errors
