Achievements and Completion issues hotfix — Chroma Cross Steam update #816901

Hi, I've hopefully fixed the achievements and completion issues. Unfortunately It seems the game was not saving that a level had been completed. Unfortunately this means that any levels completed will still not show as completed unless they are completed again. this issue stemmed from my rework of how the data is loaded into the game to improve performance. I sincerely apologise. And I will strive to not have an issue like this happen again.
