This patch fixes a major bug with the scrollbar in survey outcomes getting stuck, and includes several balance adjustments and minor fixes. Fixed the scrollbar in survey outcomes getting stuck. Fixed the foray goals UI not updating until an action is taken when retrying a foray. Fixed the Sea Bream companion ability not clearing one of its slots on use. Balance: adjusted the Crane companion ability to scale cost with use. Switched the circular bullet in quest goal and culture requirement lists with a line, since an open circle could be read as completed in a Japanese context.
