Balance changes — For The Warp Steam update #818665

Alpha 0.9.4 brings several small changes to cards, ships and others: Standard Frigate HP increased to 85 and starting Fuel increased to 15 KD Carrier HP increased to 65 Ignite/Fire effects now deal the same damage as the number of turns the effect lasts. If the fire effect lasts 3 turns it will deal 3 damage, then 2 damage and so on. This will give a big damage reward when you stack ignite dots.
