Small bugfix — Landlord Simulator Steam update #819060

Got a few bug reports today and decided to boost the early game a bit more! You will now get a one-time offer for a better loan! Here are the fixed bugs and improvements in this patch: - Added the missing image for Germany in the country info screen - Improved performance after longer play sessions - Fixed an edge case where standing orders from the tax office weren't updating correctly - You will no longer see the "select map" tutorial prompt during a game load - The Stocks app should now open much faster - Updated the country info button color to black for better visibility - Improved the visual layout of the standing order panel - Fixed an edge case that could cause standing orders to not be sent - Added a hover message to the inspect button in the myTenant app - Fixed a bug that caused the game time to freeze and the phone to get stuck after finishing a minigame
