Adjusted volumes on several effects to help equalize everything. (Rain, Hurricane, Ion Beam, Bullet Spam, Kaleidoscopic Grenade, Attack Order) Fixed several bugs that could occur with the UI for the world portal and alert boxes. Adjusted wording in some alerts for clarity. Improved bullet hit detection for Polychromatic Orb, Matter Spam, Firebug & Galaxy Splitter. New visual effect for the Ion Beam Emitter.
