Hotfix 1.0.2 — Planetiles Steam update #822345

Our fellow Space Settlers 🖖 We're back with another round of hotfixes based on our community feedback. So far, there are no major or concering issues so we focused on eliminating one elusive space bug and added a requested windowed/fullscreen option.
