Update 5.22 — Warlord: Britannia Steam update #827566

Legates, Another bug fix for the latest 5.2 Update. There were two serious issues I have resolved. First, command staff not following the formation correctly, and second, outposts not functioning correctly. These should both be squared away now. If you built an outpost in 5.2, you may need to re-assign groups to them, as they might have been reset with this patch!
