Shrapnel shot now doesn't always insta kill, and deals between 30 and 100 damage. Cannon morale impact has been balanced, round and canister shot taking away more morale than explosive and shrapnel shots. Updated feathers for Denmark. Optimized both network and FPS lag. Fixed icons for shrapnel shot kill feed.
